Designed to offer consumers a new way to search for and interact with real estate information, listings and local insights via video, the channel experienced 1.2 million visits in its first year of launch. Other innovations include the development of a Microsoft Surface™ home search application which allows users to interact with thousands of home listings, real estate maps and other coldwellbanker.com features in a way that is familiar, by using simple hand gestures. Coldwell Banker also has its national site mobile enabled, a Facebook page and can be found on Twitter. We've been named the Inman News Real Estate Innovator of the Year Award recipient twice, nominated for two awards in 2010 and the above tools are just a few examples of the industry-leading technology used to promote the brands listings anytime, anywhere and to attract and keep loyal customers.
